Just a couple miles there on the way back (downhill) that were faster than planned, but not a hard effort. This is never truly "easy" going outbound, or up the hill on the way back. But didn't push the pace and tried to keep the knee happy. Felt it a bit after the usual 4 miles, but not bad. Rest day yesterday sure helped. Cloudy all day but looks like a nice evening.
