Nice day! Good hard run after that first mile. I did stop a lot, (dry phlegmy mouth/throat and coughing) but managed some pretty good paces in miles 3 and 4 (granted, net downhill). Legs definitely feeling it in that last mile. Need to do more speedwork stuff with that mile race coming up in 3 weeks (June 6)!
