COMMENTS: Almost talked myself out of this one... I was so tired last night I went to bed at 8:30! But I just tried to go out slow (yeah, right, 7:57 miles down McGrath!), kept it steady and focused on footing and form. Legs are tired, hips a bit sore and knees stiff, but basically all ok. Yeah! That puts me a bit over 40 miles for the week.
