Kinda chilly today but beautifully clear and sunny! Stayed on the path all the way to Hay Way, and it's packed down pretty well. Legs felt kind of stiff, especially left outer shin so not sure what that's all about, but nothing really hurts. Just felt stiff. Strange. Good run and always nice to get out in the sunshine.
