Pretty much same run as yesterday but didn't go around the WV loop for that extra .1 mile. So, slower overall pace but less stopping. Legs a little better but still sort of fell apart the last mile. Was tempted to go another 3 miles for 12 total (and 50 for the week), but it would've been ugly and agonizing and I had other things to do. So, no long run this week (damn it!) but 47.2 total.
