Sort of fell apart there at the end, but regardless of pace this was not an "easy" run so calling it GA. McGrath is gravel, soft in places, so even though downhill it was harder than usual (see the max HR). From Danby to University the path is mostly torn up, but packed gravel and dirt so it was actually a good running surface. My legs were just too tired and sore to enjoy it much. I think that hill run on Thursday took a lot out of me.
