Pushed the pace today, and interestingly my HR readings were less than some of yesterday's "easy" miles. Spent the afternoon prepping for the yard sale, so lots of down and up the stairs with boxes and piles of stuff. Now it looks like the weather tomorrow will be rainy crap. Where the hell did that come from? Oh well, we can move into the garage. Sunday still looks good.
