Did not actually do Parks except after Geist (ran all the way to the bridge overpass). Nice to have it dry enough to wear the NB shoes. Right heel still sore though, and right knee was complaining a bit, too. WTH? I'm falling apart! Nice warm sunny day though. A few more of these and most paths will be ice free!
