Notes

Was thinking of an outdoor run but it was still almost -10 so decided to bag that. Started cautiously on my treadmill and tightened the belt a bit at first. Some slipping till it warmed up but then ok. Kept track of time/distance all along the way though. Left hip flexor is bothering me these days, wonder if it's from the slipping belt?
