Really fun bike ride. I rode very easy and just relaxed. I got pretty excited when I thought about the actual distance I had gotten myself from home. It was cool. Very busy around knock knolls and all of the paths around there. My knees don't feel as bad as they did friday. It's very odd especially after a long run yesterday.
