Notes
This was day 2, week 4 of C25K. I did it late in the day below the house and around through rough trails, high grass, brush, and up and down. Some gravel on driveway too. I used my Ironman watch to time myself, by looking, like I always do. I tried to actually run on the running parts, but it was so rough, I didn't have 100% luck with that. I did get tired out, and my heart rate up, so I think it was good for me.
I find that if I keep moving at the end for a few minutes, rather than stopping fast, that I don't get dizzy. Otherwise, the faster and harder the race or workout, the more likely I am to get faint right after the end or a few minutes later. so that is what I did today - paced back and forth on the porch for a bit.
Yesterday Valerie and I walked for about 40 min. at Alton Baker Park in Salem after Mother's Day Brunch.
