A good long run and walk up the trail and on the Forest Service Road with Robbie. It took 1hr, 55 min, including two stops for snacks and water, taking off jacket, etc. I went way up North, and marked another half mile segment and also the furthest point. Not sure of distances, though. I experimented with sprinting a few steps now and then. All in all, I was tired and slow, but it was good anyway. Lower legs sore afterwards. Flushed out some big birds coming down trail.
