4x1.5mi. Repeat split(pace)s 11:53(7:55), 10:55(7:16), 10:57(7:18), 10:56(7:17). HR splits 172, 165, 166, 170. 90 second intervals. First split generally uphill. Pretty tired starting 1/2 mile before end of 3rd repeat. First two intervals probably went faster than I should have, due to confusion mostly.
