Notes

6 mile tempo. Planned "strong/comfortable" by feel. Splits(HR) 7:25(159),7:28(162),7:23(167),7:23(165),7:24(166),7:23(173). Breathing a little ragged near the end, but it was uphill and I didn't want to slow down. No problems.
