It's windy out.
My foot felt OK, although afterwards it feels a little sore in the areas surrounding where the stress riser was. I focused on form for this run and was starting to feel used to it by mile 3.
I wore the Wave Riders on this run, since I knew it would be short. I wonder if they're contributing to my right side IT band issue. I don't seem to get that issue with the Ghosts.
