hit the treadmill in order to keep it easy and slow. first 2 miles felt decent than my pain in my knee popped up. Jumped off the treadmill immediately and finished the run on the indoor track. Lesson learned keep of the treadmill for now. Weird because the rest of the day my knee didn't hurt at all. Climbing stairs and such didn't hurt it. Still taking the precaution of ice after each run. Progress step by step.
