TURNED INTO A DISSPAOINTMENT. Got stuck first on a shitty treadmill so i switched when one become available. Then that one couldn't be any more complicated and retarted so i just did my own thing, then i frogot i set it to only 20mins and i did a half mile warm up and shit....it was over before i complted my last one, so i kinda got in a half has workout. TOmorrow im going to do 2x800 fast on the roads when i run.
No chichening out tomorrow run no matter what kinda weather.
