should have just gone outside today. Wasn't worth being inside and not on a treadmill, wanted to get in a workout but all the treadmills were full, so i just went in circles 50 times then jumped on the treadmill for a mile. tomorrow is a short double with either the workout in the morning or afternoon, depending on how i feel with 3 miles the other time.
