Notes
first time i saw the sun in over two weeks! it was pretty nice. I'm pretty tired tough i think all the hard running has finally gotten to me. I'm thinking i'm going to run the first couple of miles with the sunday group and see where it takes me. After the 5k tomorrow i'll probably be baked to the core.
