Notes
a really good run in the books. started off in the nice cool weather...probably around 65ish with a tad bit of wind. really perfect conditions overall for a nice run. the first couple of miles were nice and easy than i got into a nice rhythm, even on the hills and plugged away at marathon effort/pace. felt wasted afterwards, but well worth the effort.
sub 80 at Blueberry is looking good so far.
saw a deer with two baby fawns, and also turkey mothers with like 10 or so chick-lets each...few cars along the route made it for a very enjoyable and amusing run.
took the fuelbelt and had probably 24oz of water with like 5 sports beans and a triscut cracker for shits and giggles...seemed to work for me. next to try is m&m's.
