explored Moosehorn - Baring from Headquarters. Good stuff for sure. dirt roads galore. Didn't take the exact course I had planned on but none the less I got a solid run in with the dogs. Should have started about an hour earlier to avoid the heat. Legs pretty sore and beat up from the race yesterday. Calves especially....Never pushed on the uphills and just lets things flow on the downhills and flats..The Rollers on the course yesterday I think are to balme for the soreness and my lack of running the past 3 weeks for sure.
