what a day. After a long school day i hit the roads for a planned long run. I didn't plan on going so fast but i felt alright. I would like to slow down the long run so i can recover better and my legs feel better. next time for sure. Boy was the rain heavy today and the wind was horrible Luckily enough i only spent the first 10 minutes and maybe between miles 6-7. I was dead tired at the end of that.
Tomorrow is a planned recovery day. I'm thinking i might do 3 miles in the morning then 3 in the afternoon. keep it real easy.
