Treadmill

Notes

2x3x2:30 down cycles with 90 sec recovery and 3min between sets. Good way to pass the time fairly fast on the treadmill. Went 9.8, 10, 10.2, 10.4, 10.6 for the first couple than upped it by 0.1 for the last 3.

on the second repeat I noticed my it-band had tightened up a bit and my left foot was slapping pretty hard. I tired to correct myself a bit (form wise) but it the IT-Bad was tight for sure. After the 3min recovery I felt a bit looser, but it still lingered. I'll make sure to stretch it out good tonight.
