These shoes continue to serve me well. Even with 400+ miles they are holding up well. Left quad a little tight on the down hills. Pleased with how this went. 10min up, 4x6min w/ 2 min recovery. 10 down. First repeat I stayed controlled to feel things out. Going downhill left quad a bit bothered but improved throughout. Let repeat 2 be controlled but faster and worked harder on 3 and 4. Hot out. Perfectly happy not trying to over reach. Just 4 days removed from the 50k I'm feeling good. Tomorrow will tell how fast I can Bounce back.
