Notes
Temp 68, DP 66, no wind.
Went down to Hains Point, and did warm-up fartlek (3:00, 4x0:30, 4x0:10) and then drills, strides and a quick tune-up of 4x1/4 mile with 30 second jog, followed by full rest and then 4x1/8 mile with 80 second jog. The 200s were at "conservative mile" effort - I was a bit nervous to push too hard with the hamstring.
Used the Dojo markers on the east side of Hains Point. Quarter mile splits were 99, 97, 97, 98; 1/8th splits were 43, 43, 41, 41.
Garmin was measuring much shorter and slower than the markings on the road - indicating that my Garmin is likely off.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla Gus - sat mostly well.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff rescue.
Hains Point was flooded at the bottom despite the water level only being 4.55 feet.
