Notes

At WL. Started with 5x100 yards, then drill set of kick/catch-up/one-armed/kick. Did another 3x100 yards, then an extended drill set of 2x(kick/catch-up/one-armed)+kick. Finished with 3x50 yards.

Surprised at the paces, Was hitting around 1:40 for the 100s once I was warmed up, and 46-47 for the 50s. Fastest 50 was with my goggles around my neck....
