Pushed on hills (though had headwind) Felt utterly horrible at first -- like I couldn't breathe (asthma from cold air, probably -- I didn't use my inhaler - oops)
PTT a bit stiff at times, but mostly fine.
Didn't take any nutrition or water -- felt close to bonking, but didn't.
I'm pretty happy with how I handled the hills, especially given the head wind.
A good, positive run
