Workout and cooldown at 2.0% incline. 2 sets of 5 intervals of .5 miles at 6:04 pace (9.9 mph), with .3 mile recovery at 8:42 pace (6.9 mph). Tried to do practice kick at end, but screwed up treadmill controls.

This was a hard workout, but I'm glad I did it.

Warmup fartlek was .1 on, .2 off. .2 off was 6.9, on was 9.0, 9.5, 9.8, 10.0, 10.5, 2x11.0, 3x11.5

Felt good for most part (though fatigued at start -- maybe due to Claritin?). Breathing was tight at very start, but got easy within the mile. Took a Singulair the night before, and one puff of inhaler right before warm-up.

A tiny bit of soreness in left PTT during cooldown; a bit of soreness in right ptt post workout.
