Temp/DP 65. Not much wind.
My balance was REALLY off at first. Was thinking about trying 4 miles at tempo, ended up going with 1.5 miles and then 1 mile at tempo - paces of 6:41 and 6:40, with 60 seconds recovery in between. I just felt very flustered and off balance.
Ended up jogging back in and doing a shoe change. Somehow my balance was better in the Next%s (different entry)
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/Qvar - was good.
Wore my driving glasses - they didn't help with balance.
