At Mint (incline of 2.0%). 6x800 at 6:00 pace, with 2:50 jogging recoveries at ~9:30 pace. I was concerned humidity would be a problem, but it wasn't. I can increase the pace of the recoveries, next time.

Dewpoint was near 7 outside, but gym humidity wasn't that bad
