Temp 58, DP 56. Ran with group from Fletchers up to Bethesda (far end of tunnel); caught up with Sharon on way back.
I wanted to keep this one easy and short since a) I'm supposed to be backing off of the running mileage slightly this week, and b) I was pretty sore from yesterday's massage. Of course I felt very good in the lower humidity, and so had to stop twice since I was inadvertently picking up the pace too much. Nice problem to have.
Downhill bothered right leg some, but just focused on using leg correctly and made sure not to run too fast.
