At WL. Swam 500 yards easy, and then did ST default set (150, 100, 50, then 50 each of kick, catch-up drill, one armed pull, kick). Repeated default set three times. Splits were:

Set 1: 2:47.9, 1:52.1, 53.0, 1:40.1, ?, 1:01.8, 1:37.1

Set 2: 2:39.4, 1:45.6, 51.1, 1:33.1, 57.7, ?, 1:31.5

Set 3: 2:35.9, 1:44.2, 49.4, 1:29.8, 59.5, 1:01.7, 1:30.6
