Foot pain was 1-1.5 out of 10. Some indigestion at first. Hill reps were hard, but I kept good form. They're definitely the right thing for me to do right now.

Paces for hill reps were 6:34, 6:34, 6:31, and 6:28. This is pretty close to where I was pre-PF (and with heavier shoes and in hotter conditions) so yay.
