Warm Up: Lunge Matrix
Finally great to be running almost at full tilt. Movement felt natural, right leg is getting stronger day by day. I think by December I will be back to normal and I can put in a decent month of training. I willingly didn't hold back the pace without necessarily pushing. This was the sort of effort that was 4:15-4:25/km pre-injury so while I have definitely stepped backwards from where I was at the start of October but I will get back into it quickly. Racing in January is a possibility.
