Warm up: Truncated SR Standard
Slow and sluggish early on. When I got off the tar and onto the trail it was pleasant. Ran came tumbling but it soothed my niggly body and I found my rhythm. Shin was sore when I started then it eased off. Knee/ITB was niggly throughout but when the rain fell and I ran with more impetus it eased off too. Knee is definitely form related.
Cool Down: Stretch and ice
