Notes
Two mile warm up with Sabine, then 4 solo. Sabine was struggling with her breathing again, so we took it easy. I picked up the pace a bit for the next 4 but still took it easy. I found a new little loop & met several of the neighborhood dogs with varying amounts of friendliness! Slipped on a little ice on the road once, but stayed upright. Great morning run to work some tension out!
