Recovery double part 2, first 15' with Shannon. Hit up the Merrymount trails, it's a perfect 6 mile loop from my apartment. Nice run.
Week 2/20: A good week - a few more miles than planned, but nbd. No problem getting in the miles this week, and no problem with the 20 mile LR either. This is pretty much it - just need to be super consistent with this for the next 16 weeks (a few more miles), will maybe tweak some things, progress the SAM / LT intervals / MP LR a bit, but for the most part just keeping this going and rolling with the stuff that comes up. If I'm able to keep to this routine even once classes start, then I'll be in a fine spot to race SMART and nab a huge PR.
