Easy morning recovery run to the Blue Hills w/ Shannon. Was supposed to be "cold" but was pretty warm in pants, and a long sleeve (+ hat, gloves, tucked t-shirt). Wore heavy gloves and hands were too warm even! Legs pretty sore during this, will do another 4+ later today.
