QSDOB Progo Run. Went fine, I actually wasn't sure if I would do one or not based on how I felt yesterday after the long run. Was able to get to a good cruise but didn't feel comfortable enough to go faster, certainly didn't feel as snappy as last week. But, it felt like the right effort! Good run. That last hill is tough! Strava gives that 6:34 a 5:49 GAP.
