Wednesday MLR from HQ. Ran through a new part of Quincy I hadn't passed through before, including the birthplace of John Adams! Since I also ran by the birthplace of Abigail Adams, this made for a very historic run! Had to pee really bad in the last 3rd of the run, ran by a porta potty and didn't take it. Almost had to turn back for it a few minutes later, but by the grace of God I ran by ANOTHER porta potty! Didn't pass up my second chance! Felt pretty good so I brought the pace down a bit for the last few miles, but didn't go crazy. The COLOCATION begins tonight!
