Easy run from the high school w/ Ryan, Jesse, Joe, and Joe's Irish teammate Hugh (http://www.tfrrs.org/athletes/4508060.html). Felt MUCH better than yesterday, totally fine actually. Quite a relief. Only one snag - I helped myself to just the tiniest bit of leftover spoon cornbread maybe a half hour before the run - big mistake. Was getting all sorts of cramps and stitches in the second half of the run, actually had to stop twice for like 30 secs each in the last 2 miles.
Based on my weight I'd say I still have a lot of hydrating to do! Just one run today to be safe, not sure yet whether I want to do my long run tomorrow or Sunday. It is on Saturday on the schedule for some reason? However, with doubling and travel it seems like it makes a lot more sense to do it on Sunday. Plus that's when, like, we always do our long runs mannn
