Notes

Met w/ Ryan Paul and Drew at Ryan's house. Did my own run though. 50 minute progression run, accidentally deleted it from my watch but I looked at the splits before and remember them. Tougher than I'd hoped, didn't feel great (it was pretty hot even for being early). Felt fairly sluggish at the start, but by the 3rd mile I started to get into a rhythm and drop the pace. Felt really strong until about 6.5 miles where I had to take a pit stop and then felt better and pushed the last mile.

Then jogged in the last 5 minutes to Ryan's house. Did a Joe Kelley workout.

Somewhat concerning, at the start of the workout we did some lunges and I felt some tightness in the outside of my right knee cap (similar to what I've had in my left before) . So I didn't do the leg circuit and just stretched for 10 minutes. Going to ice and stretch all day, might not do a shakeout later if it still feels iffy.

foam roll the outside of your quads...actually everywhere in your quads and glutes...you'll have a knot in the outside by your IT band I am certain.
