Notes

Joe Kelley workout.

Standard warmup. Did one circuit of full yard and back side lunges, 2xquick feet up hill, 21 25 lb snatches, 15 burpees. Stopped and stretched because of some tightness in right knee.

Circuit 2: 2x (4 mixed grip pullups, 7 15lb flys, y 15lb arms at right angles, 7 x15lb arms straight out)

Circuit 3 (2x) : physio ball 25 lb plate arm extensions, 12 pushups w/ 25 lb plate on back, 15 one footed rows w/ bands

Did 1 minute Russian Twists, 6 yoga poses.

Not too bad a workout, glad I was careful and skipped the leg circuit because after that day and icing + rolling knee feels fine.
