Notes

5x1600 @ Tempo (5:28) w/ 1' rest, on the indoor track. Ran them all with Colin which was a good partnership, we traded off each one. I was definitely nervous that this wouldn't go so well, but we were more or less right on. It was a bit of a grind, but not killer. Cheated the rest with a few extra seconds each time so I could sip some water - it was hot in there! Pretty good workout, making me feel a little better about where I'm at - gotta clean up the preseason diet though.

Upon reflection, probably my best tempo mile work - prior best was 5:29 / mi avg for 4 on the outdoor track last February.
