4x300 @ mile pace, w/ full recovery (300m jog). Colin and I figured we'd be shooting for 49-50, but it was a lot tougher than I'd hoped. Felt like I was really sprinting just to hit 50 flat. Was definitely slipping a bit on the corners. I guess 4:34 probably IS mile pace if I were to race a mile in the RPI armory in flats...
