Notes

Joe Kelley workout. Confined to only half of the field because of soccer. Did core work, drills, hurdle stretching. Did some plyos- jumping over hurdles and jumping with a ball between the legs. Did some half field tires- Mr. Kelley had me working by myself with two tires attached to eachother... which wasn't actually any harder. Went into the weight room after.
