Solo run, nice clear Saturday morning. Did the nice soft-surface loop on the Mystic River trail + Alewife Greenway. Did 10x1' on, 1:30 off - pretty easy workout. Some of the pickups were slow due to the surface - lots of roots on a segment of the Mystic River trail. Had to BM baddd by the end of the workout, luckily I found a porta-potty :(
