Easy run from home in Pembroke, feeling pretty fresh. It was DARK those last few miles though! Didn't run this morning, was planning on a lunch run but it was pretty hot out in the middle of the day, took a look at my calendar and decided it wasn't worth it. Set myself up with a primary care physician instead. Easy double tomorrow, then tough 'thon specific workout Sunday morning!
