Easy run, glad I got it in. Went onto an off-road path in the marsh behind the PD, had never been there before. There were a few scattered signs with information on the Massachusetts.
First mile is suspect.
Going w/ GOC style count-up weekly recaps from here on out.
Week 2. Good progression of volume, 75.5 w/ two doubles but no LR. Biggest week in 2 months, shooting for 80+ next week. Weight has continued to flatline, want to start moving that back in the right direction - gonna experiment with IF this week. Decent w/o on Tuesday, good tempo on Thursday, good race this morning. Now that it's gonna be light out in the evening again, I may start alternating my run-free progression/steady "tempos" with more honest tempos / tempo reps on the track, just to get a mix of both types of runs. Could still stand to include more strides and mobility in my training as well (neither of either this week).
