Notes

Easy OYO recovery run. Time to cut back on miles, shooting for 62-65 this week so figured that a 50 minute run would be appropriate for today. Felt good.

Previous 13 weeks: 6x90+, 6x80+, 1x70+ (last week). Good stuff, will get back to building on that volume in due time, but now it's time to run fast!
